The rapidly evolving coronavirus situation is a concern for us all and keeping our customers and staff safe is our priority. With the potential to significantly impact all UK businesses, we feel it is important to keep our community updated and share our efforts and plans to alleviate this whilst maintaining our business services in the weeks ahead.
As it stands, we are operating at 100% across both our Sales and Service departments. We continue to offer our ‘Collect and Deliver’ service to support our Service customers and will offer this when we contact you, typically 48 hours ahead of your appointment.
Likewise, if you are looking for a new car, we are happy to bring your test drive to your door and refer you to our Cars2U service.
Like most businesses, we are encouraging and supporting our staff in increasing and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness and have provided guidance on infection mitigation. We have installed additional wall mounted hand sanitisers around the showroom for all customer and staff and ensure each bathroom is fully stocked with anti-bacterial handwash. Our cleaning team continue to carry out an effective daily deep cleaning throughout the dealership.
We have issued our staff with clear guidance regarding foreign travel or potential contact with people who have returned from areas identified as higher risk.
We will, of course, update you as anything changes. But in the meantime, want to reassure you that we have no current cases of diagnosed COVID -19 amongst our staff. Currently, our priority is to keep open safely and monitor things closely, along with the rest of the country.
