Hurray! It's the news we've all been waiting for as we can re-open our showroom doors once again on Monday 12th April.
As we safely reopen, we want to reassure you that the safety of our customers and staff is our priority and we have several procedures in place to ensure we do our utmost to support this.
Reassurance on sanitisation
We would like to reassure you that we have reviewed every step of our customer journey, across both the service and sales departments, and strict measures have been put in place to ensure that we can confidently commit to PHE social distancing guidelines and keep you safe. We have developed and implemented our Station Garage Sanitisation Programme which ensures we maintain set standards in social distancing and hygiene best practice.
Please note that all customers are required to wear a facemask (unless exempt) when visiting the dealership for any reason.
Our Service Reception and Workshop
Whilst our Service Reception and waiting area will not be opening up to customers yet, we will be booking spaced out appointments and you will be greeted by a Service Advisor upon arrival to the parking area. We also offer a safe drop off zone and key drop where you can leave your vehicle for its workshop appointment.
Collect and Deliver
Our priority is keeping you and our staff safe. To minimise contact and enable you to stay home, we are offering our free Collect and Delivery service. Our Aftersales Manager will contact you in advance of your appointment to ask some questions, confirm your vehicle collection time and to talk you through our process. Our driver will call you on the phone when he arrives at your home. You will be asked to leave your keys in a safe place for him to collect and he will then drive your car to the garage. We will maintain communication with you whilst your car is with us and inform you when your service is complete and when your car will be returned. We have implemented a hygiene process to ensure any touch points within the car, including keys are thoroughly cleaned before our driver departs and we carry out a full sanitisation of your vehicle before returning it.
SALES – our showroom is OPEN and unaided test drives are back!
Whilst we are able to open our showroom doors once again, we are continuing to operate by appointment only so you can safely spend time with the vehicles and your Sales Executive. Our sales team are able to respond promptly to your enquiries via telephone, email, social media, or the live chat function on our website. Please contact us with your queries and we would be happy to help and book you in for that long awaited test drive!
Hosting zoom appointments and virtual tours over the past few months has become the new normal for us so we will be continuing to offer the sales experience in this safe and reassuring manner if you would prefer.
