Reassurance on retail distancing
We would like to reassure you that we have reviewed every step of our customer journey, across both the service and sales departments, and strict measures have been put in place to ensure that we can confidently commit to PHE social distancing guidelines and keep you safe. We have developed and implemented our Station Garage Sanitisation Programme which ensures we maintain set standards in social distancing and hygiene best practice.

SERVICING - Collect & Deliver!

We are prioritising key workers and customers who are due a service and MOT.

We will be contacting all customers who have had work delayed on their vehicle, and those who are due workshop appointments. Please get in touch if you would like to book your car in and have not been contacted. We are here to help.

Collect and Deliver

To minimise contact and enable you to stay home, we are offering our Collect and Delivery service only, with no customers coming on site. our Aftersales Manager will contact you in advance to ask some questions, confirm your vehicle collection time and to talk you through our process. Our driver will call you on the phone when he arrives at your home. You will be asked to leave your keys in a safe place for him to collect and he will then drive your car to the garage. We will be prepared to restart your battery and resolve any issues you may have from not having driven your car for a while so there is no need to attempt this yourself prior to our arrival; in fact we would prefer that you have not been in recent contact with your vehicle. We will maintain communication with you whilst your car is with us and inform you when your service is complete and when your car will be returned. We have implemented a hygiene process to ensure any touch points within the car, including keys are thoroughly cleaned before our driver departs and we carry out a full sanitisation of your vehicle before returning it.

Our Service Reception and Workshop

We have taken every possible step to facilitate our employees working from home. Where this is not possible, we reassure you that our employees on site all adhere to PHE guidelines on social distancing. When we can, once again, welcome you into our showroom, you will notice some changes. Our staff are spaced accordingly, using individual offices, ensuring we can maintain the required, safe distance. As well as limiting the number of people at any given time, we are continuing to practise strict hand sanitising and have dispensers to utilise upon entering and leaving. We will have protective screens in front of desks, and you will notice signage placed appropriately to indicate where you should wait and adhere to the 2-metre rule.

SALES - we are OPEN!

From Monday 1st June, we will be re-opening our showroom to welcome customers. However, this is strictly by appointment only and with clear social distancing measures in place. Please do not turn up without an appointment as you will not be able to enter the showroom at all. Our sales team remain fully active and able to respond promptly to your enquiries via telephone, email, social media or the live chat function on our website.
